Yes, isn't the eagle pose just great? I like the balancing poses where I'm not asked to do the splits in the air or hold my leg suspended for a long time or get on my hands. This pose is so centering, and the stretch feels soooooooo good!
Bonniejo, I'm (sort of) thinking about judo. Have you tried it?
It's already warm here on the West Coast! I'm leaving my car at home tomorrow.
