This blog is welcome to anyone and everyone, regardless of race, class, gender, sexual orientation, or political affiliation. Unless you don't like writing short stories or smelling bear. Or if you voted for the other guy. Also, I don't really like it when you leave up the toilet seat, so could you stop doing that? Muchas, muchas gracias.

Yay!

This morning I got up at 7:00 SHARP and went on a cleaning frenzy!! My car is clean, I've finished unpacking, I've found my Garner's Usage Dictionary, and I've set up my desk! (I'll post pictures later). My place is sooooo great!

Off I go to the bookstore. . .

Without GPS how does one keep track of you, not to mention how do you keep track of yourself?
I suspect all your moves have you in tip top condition! I like the idea of mobility, and you have mobility. So good news for you...Meanwhile I am looking for something I left somewhere in my house? Best of times/luck/blessings/etc...JW

So I moved into this new place... It was a mess until "The Girl" came over and gave it her touch.

You women are so good at getting things done.

Matty:

And you did! And it is cool! I'm in my little room right now, typing at the table Joff scored me!

(And it is always too cold in SF to wear my hot dress.)

I'm sorry you and B didn't make it to the nekkid beach. But the butterflies were pretty, yes?

___________

Sage:

Oh, you're not lazy. I just have this thing about cleanliness. It makes me believe that I have dominion. And that I am virtuous. Virginal, even.

___________
Josh:

To keep track of me, just follow the trail of cleanliness crumbs, little morsels of perfection.

You know what keeps me in shape? The hills in SF, that's what!

Hope you find it, whatever it is, and that it treats you with all due respect.

Yes, the ladies know how to do! Maybe someday we'll get paid as much as gentlemen for doing it, too.

ginab:

Oh, no, I boiled the sheets and my "guests" are gone now.

Thanks, for the kind comment, but I found what I was looking for, a note to remind me not to forget to show up somewhere at such and such a time.
Now I am looking for another note which I suspect has the same sage advice.

It is, and it was. But now I have to use my desk, which is sometimes kind of tough, because sometimes I'd rather be in bed, reading a book . . .

_____________

Josh:

I love that note-system. I file my notes away for safekeeping, deep in my purse, or in a coat pocket, or maybe under my bed. Writing it all down proves that I have an intention, and as long as I have the intention, it's as though I've actually done what I am supposed to do. Or that's how others should understand it. Don't you think?
